Your First Five Dock Appointment
- History. Your story, your goals, your funding.
- Assessment. Movement testing and diagnosis; imaging rarely needed.
- Treatment. Hands-on care and first exercises in the same visit.
- Plan. Written program and a realistic session estimate.
What Should You Bring to the Clinic?
- Referral or care plan paperwork, if your GP has issued one.
- Imaging reports. The written report is more useful than the images themselves.
- Medicare card, DVA card, NDIS plan details or claim number.
- A list of your current medications.
- Clothing you can move in. Shorts for a knee or hip problem, a singlet or loose top for a shoulder.
- The shoes you wear most days, not your newest pair.
