Exercise Physiology for NDIS Participants

Empowering You to Move Better, Feel Stronger, and Live More Independently

At iRehab, we’re proud to support people of all abilities through tailored Exercise Physiology services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Whether your goal is to improve mobility, manage a chronic condition, recover from injury, or increase independence in daily life — we’re here to help you move forward, one step at a time.

What Is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise Physiology is a specialized allied health service that uses movement, exercise, and functional training to improve physical and mental well-being. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) work with NDIS participants of all ages and conditions, helping you build strength, reduce pain, increase independence, and reach your personal goals.
